Terms & Conditions — Yama Sushi Catering Effective date: 04/04/2026 1. Agreement By using our website, booking catering services, purchasing classes, or otherwise engaging with [Business Name] ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services. 2. Services We provide sushi catering, event staffing, delivery, and sushi classes (in-person and/or online) as described on our website. Service details, availability, and pricing are subject to change. 3. Bookings, Deposits & Payment - Bookings are confirmed when we receive the required deposit or full payment and a confirmation is sent to you. - Deposits are non-refundable except where otherwise stated. - Final payment is due by the date specified in your confirmation (usually at least 7–14 days before the event/class). - We accept payment methods listed at checkout. We do not store full payment card details on our servers; payments are processed by third-party payment processors. 4. Pricing & Quotations - Quotes are valid for the period stated or, if not stated, 14 days. - Prices may change due to ingredient cost fluctuations, taxes, venue requirements, or special requests. Confirmed bookings locked in by deposit are priced as confirmed. 5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds - Customer cancellations: If you cancel, any deposit is retained unless otherwise agreed. Refunds for cancellations, if offered, follow the policy stated in your quote/confirmation. - Rescheduling: We will attempt to reschedule subject to availability. Fees or additional charges may apply. - Provider cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel for operational reasons (staffing, supply failure, safety). If we cancel, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund. 6. Food Safety, Allergies & Special Diets - You must disclose allergies, dietary restrictions, and preferences at booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate but cannot guarantee complete allergen-free environments. - We are not liable for adverse reactions if allergen information is not disclosed or cross-contamination occurs. 7. Menu Changes & Substitutions Menus may be adjusted due to seasonal availability, supply issues, or client requests. Substitutions will aim to match quality and value. 8. Delivery, Setup & Site Conditions - You (the client) must provide accurate delivery/setup information and reasonable access, parking, and utilities (if required). - Additional charges may apply for remote locations, difficult access, excessive setup time, or venue restrictions. - We are not responsible for damage to venue property unless caused by our negligence. 9. Equipment, Staffing & Conduct - We provide staff and equipment as agreed. Client-supplied equipment must be safe and fit for purpose. - We reserve the right to remove staff or refuse services if the environment is unsafe or client/guest behavior is abusive. 10. Classes & School Policies - Class bookings require payment or deposit to confirm. - Class cancellations by students: refunds or credits follow the policy shown at purchase. Late arrivals may be refused entry without refund. - We may photograph or record classes for promotional use — we will notify participants when recordings are taken. 11. Photography, Marketing & Consent - By using our services, you grant us permission to use photos or videos taken during your event or class for marketing unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before the event. 12. Intellectual Property All content on our website, course materials, recipes, images, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission. Recipes provided in classes are for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. 13. Liability & Disclaimer - To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant service. - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit or business. - We provide services with reasonable care and skill but make no guarantees beyond those expressly stated. 14. Indemnity You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or negligence. 15. Vouchers & Gift Cards Vouchers/gift cards are subject to expiry and terms displayed at purchase. They are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law. 16. Privacy We collect and process personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to such processing. 17. COVID-19 & Health Policies You must disclose health-related requirements or exposures where relevant. We may implement health and safety protocols; failure to comply may result in service refusal without refund. 18. Force Majeure We are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supplier failures). 19.
